ARK Estates (“ARK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent real estate consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan, operating as a Registered Sales Partner of the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) and facilitating sales for other established developments including DHA Lahore and Etihad Town. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of arkestates.pk and any services you request from us.
2. Nature of Our Services
ARK provides consultancy, marketing, and booking-facilitation services for verified real estate inventory. We are not a developer and we do not own, construct, or guarantee any project — RUDA, DHA, Etihad Town, and other named authorities/developers remain solely responsible for project development, title, and possession timelines.
3. Payments
For RUDA-developed projects, all booking payments and installments are made directly to RUDA through its official banking channels — never to ARK. For other developers, payment handling follows that developer’s official process. ARK does not accept cash or personal transfers on behalf of any authority or developer.
4. Accuracy of Information
Prices, plot availability, payment plans, and possession timelines shown on this website are provided for general guidance and are subject to change without notice by the relevant authority or developer. Please confirm current rates and availability directly with our consultants before making any booking decision.
5. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s normal operation, scrape content for commercial redistribution, or misuse any contact form or WhatsApp channel for spam or unauthorized solicitation.
